YVR 3000 ft winds aloft N to 10 km/hr becoming NW to 17 km/hr. Main valley wind early WNW at Vancouver to 20 km/hr. Chilliwack with gusty outflow 20-30 km/hr early easing to light and variable mid afternoon. Novice peak lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft.
SEA 3000 ft winds aloft NNE 13km/hr increasing to 19 km/hr. Valley winds NNW to 13 km/hr. Intermediate peak lapse rate -2.5C/1000ft.

1. Paragliding Pemberton: -3.4 C/1000ft XXX peak lapse rate. Calling for NW winds aloft at 3000ft to 17 km/hr making for strong conditions in afternoon. Mt. McKenzie for P2 pilots 0800-1200 then watch for switch to P4 to XXX conditions. Paragliding prospects 90% early, 60% late.
2. Paragliding Chilliwack: -2.9C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate. Lee-side at Woodside until post 1300. Pilots Advisory: DO NOT FLY. Bridal should get North Wind early and light up nicely with some soarable conditions. Bridal for P2 pilots 1000-1400 then watch fro switch to P4 conditions. Chances to paraglide early 80%, late 70%.
3. Paragliding Bellingham: -2.4C/1000ft Intermediate peak lapse rate. Blanchard with its proximity to ocean and low altitude of launch should not be influenced by N winds aloft more inland, but check to verify this. Blanchard for P2 pilots 0800-1400 and 1700-2000 with P3 conditions at peak 1400-1700. Paragliding prospects 80%.
4. Paragliding Vancouver: -2.3C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate. Watch for possible NW winds aloft creating crosswind conditions and choose to fly or not accordingly. Grouse for GMFT P3 Intermediate Pilots 1000-2000. 60% chances to paraglide.
5. Paragliding Whistler: -3.8 C/1000ft XXX peak lapse rate with strong NW wind aloft. Paragliding not recommended.
6. Paraglding Seattle: -2.5C/1000ft Intermediate peak lapse rate. North winds aloft placing Tiger in lee today, paragliding not recommended.
