SEA 3000 ft winds aloft N to 22 km/hr becoming NE to 17 km/hr. Valley winds NE and becoming NW to 12 km/hr. Novice peak lapse rate -1.4C/1000ft.

With light and variable winds aloft at 3000ft, a great day for Pemberton, making triangles easy. Mt. Mackenzie for P2 pilots 0800-1400 and 1800-2000 with P3 to P4 conditions 1400-1800. Chances for paragliding 90%.
2. Paragliding Chilliwack: -2.1C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate. Woodside for P2 pilots 0800-1400 and 1800-2000 with increased wind and P3 conditions 1400-1800. Bridal should be great today with P2 conditions 1000-1500 and 1800-2000 with P3 conditions 1500-1800. Paragliding chances 90%.

5. Paragliding Bellingham: -1.1C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate. N wind aloft likely to not manifest at Blanchard due to proximity to ocean, however need to verify and proceed only with caution. Paragliding prospects 70% for P3 pilots 0900-2000.
6. Paragliding Seattle: -1.4C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate. N wind aloft creating lee side conditions at Tiger. Paragliding not recommended.
