Low pressure to north with high pressure to south, causing strong south west winds exceeding 40 kmhr aloft, gusty ground winds over 20 km/hr and bringing cloud and showers through out most of the day. Paragliding in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Pemberton and Bellingham areas not recommended.
